Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez has been suspended until the end of the 2014 season for using performance enhancing drugs. He has appealed the suspension in an attempt to play a few more games this season. Rodriguez admitted to using steroids a few years back, so this should not be surprising to even Yankees fans. Even with 647 home runs, you have to wonder if he will even make the Hall of Fame now.

Ryan Braun finally Suspended
MLB.com
Nobody knows what drug Braun used, or if he got any from the Biogenesis clinic, which leads me to believe he could have plea bargained his way out of a bigger suspension by just giving up now.
The Brewers outfielder won the 2011 NL MVP award over Dodgers' outfielder Matt Kemp, even though Kemp had more home runs, more RBI, more stolen bases, and a higher on base percentage.
